Welcome to Seasons Counseling and Wellness, where healing and growth converge. I am Jennifer, a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a commitment to supporting individuals on their journey toward positive change. With a warm and empathetic approach, I provide a safe space for exploration and transformation.

With 18 years of experience in the field, I have worked extensively with diverse populations, addressing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. My experience includes private practice, medical social work and community mental health.

I believe in a collaborative, client-centered and strengths-based approach to therapy. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing, as well as mindfulness, polyvagal and attachment theory. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. By fostering a non-judgmental and supportive environment, I empower individuals to explore their strengths and develop effective coping strategies.
